FlowMonkey Community Workshop

The season always whispers a profound message. What do we do? Together we will take a journey this morning through the many elements and rituals that you can use and apply for a nice flow in this season. Inspiration, fun insights and actively working together with breathing, movement, meditation and surprising tips & tricks. The components of the program are a nice mix of stillness (meditation and KumNye), breathing, QiGong and Mindwalk (in the beautiful garden of New Loreto). We also hold a special ceremony each time (weather permitting) in honor of the season we are starting or currently in. We meet ourselves, others and nature from a holistic flow, with lots of energy and certainly enough fun. The program is accessible to everyone and does not require a basic level.
