I completed the 4-year training to become a yoga teacher, where I was trained in both the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga. While teaching in my own space, I have increasingly started to find my own style. I have been searching on the path of awareness for some time and have tried many things. Yoga has become a basis for this for me. I also took an online pregnancy course with which I can now also guide pregnant women in that beautiful phase of their lives through yoga.

My message to the world

The yoga philosophy is very old and contains a lot of wisdom. Moving on the mat is only a small part of the entire lifestyle that yoga entails. What I do for myself is make it practical during this time and apply it throughout my own life. Everything I practice and learn on the mat is a lesson that I use during my daily routine. And I include the yogis I teach in this. It's not about performing the poses perfectly, although you will learn that there is value in the discipline of aligning the poses of yoga. The main point is that you learn to feel better what signals your body is giving. Where your boundaries are, where they are physically, where they are mentally. I encourage you to observe what your patterns are because all change starts with consciousness and consciousness starts with lovingly observing what you are actually doing. Not from condemnation or shortage but from abundance and self-love. Really...yoga contains so many lessons. It is not a one-time thing that gives you a load of insights and throws you back into life and then continues your search (don't get me wrong, the ceremonies in various areas of both bodywork and psychedelics have brought me a lot). Yoga is a tool to FEEL that the answer is within yourself. Not in your head, but in your body. Not just once, in a beautiful setting, but during the evening rush hour, with a few tired, hungry children on your leg. It is a way of life that can lead you deeper and deeper into self-acceptance. If you allow it.
