As a coach, I take the time to listen to you without judgment and provide individual guidance that meets your needs. I am happy to help you on your way to more insight into yourself. Take care of yourself together. Do you suffer from misophonia? Together we will investigate how we can remove the hatred for your "irritation" sounds, we will look for your triggers and causes. Assume that you will need a somewhat longer treatment for misophonia. Why a coaching program? - You want to have a more positive outlook on life and desire more self-confidence? - Are you easily upset by comments from other people? - Do you experience that you are going beyond your limits? - Are you regularly insecure and/or block yourself out (completely)? - Are you looking for more depth within yourself and are not sure how to approach this? - You have limiting thoughts, feelings, physical pain, etc. or you have pent-up or repressed emotions that make you feel unwell? - You end up in the same unpleasant situations again and again (work or private). - You suffer from misophonia/tinnitus (trigger sounds)! Together we will find the blockage and heal or transform it. That is sometimes easier said than done, but you will be carefully guided and we will certainly achieve results. Collaboration, intake and follow-up process During an intake we look at what you encounter and if we click, we start working together. Because every person is unique, we will tailor the working method to your personal needs.
