That your needs and your boundaries are taken into account without having to put on a mask. At Huis vol Adem, human contact is a precious commodity. This means that we take the time for you and tailor it to your needs without taking on the expert role ourselves. Our mission House full of Breath is still young. A brand new space in the center of Heerhugowaard. However, the road we walk is ancient. Using body-oriented movement and breathing techniques, stimulating music in a safe and loving setting, we invite the body of our visitors to release stuck tension and emotions in a natural way.
