We ensure balance through the combination of attention to your body, mind and soul. This workshop on Thursday, of 5 lessons and an hour and a half, is about the magic of the chakras. During this workshop we will take you on a journey through the seven energy centers of the body that influence our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Blockages and tensions are released. This way you create more relaxation and harmony in body and mind.
