As an NLP coach, yoga therapist/teacher, I am committed to guiding people to a life full of joy, balance and fulfillment. My mission is to be a source of inspiration for people who are looking for transformation and balance in their lives. My in-depth knowledge of NLP and my skills as a yoga therapist help individuals release limiting beliefs, break through emotional blocks and reach their full potential. My passion lies primarily in creating a safe and supportive space in which you can be yourself and grow at your own pace. Using NLP, breathing exercises, meditation, yoga postures and applying rainbow color therapy, we will work together to activate your inner strength. I believe that each of us has the potential to shine and realize our deepest desires. With my unique combination I offer a holistic approach that supports you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In addition, I strongly believe in the power of self-love and self-care and encourage you to make room for self-reflection, rest and recovery during our sessions.
