Your BEING's week in pure authentic Cómpeta. Experience this magical place overlooking the Mediterranean Sea where the energy is palpably high. Here you let go of unnecessary baggage, transform, gain new insights, come to yourself and gain new energy. During your BEING week we will do family constellations in the middle of beautiful nature. Depending on the number of participants, we work with floor anchors or representatives. We will meditate together and exchange experiences, where you will gain new insights and be able to completely sink into your body again. BE in the NOW. We also take beautiful (silent) walks, where we will also go to the coast. And in the evening you can relax during an energetic treatment. If desired, (career) coaching is available. Outside the program you can explore the atmospheric streets and experience the fine Andalusian hospitality. You will stay in an authentic Spanish village house with all facilities around the corner. The program is suitable for one to six to 6 people, to ensure optimal quality. We offer a program from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. There is then room to further organize the day as you wish. I thought it was exciting, because what would such a HIS week actually bring me, I thought beforehand. That tension turned out not to be necessary, because right from the first moment I felt at ease with Linda and Jarl. I could be myself, felt seen and heard. That made me really relax. And in that relaxation I was able to approach the family constellation openly and honestly, without hesitation. It made a personal issue clear to me, which allowed me to let things go.
