How do you connect with your heart when you are constantly living by the daily routine? During this interactive workshop Radiant in connection of approximately 1.5-2 hours, I will take you on a journey of how you can consciously (re)connect with yourself and others and how important the role of emotions is in this. Through small practical exercises you will connect with your heart. By experiencing what happens in your body, where your energy flows and/or blocks, you become aware of how you are really connected to your Self and which emotions require your attention. - Max. 4 persons - Incl. handout, drinks and something tasty - including use of materials
