Workshop Inner Visie

INSIDE OUT Gaining insight into emotions is what more and more people need. Turning inward and examining how we really feel is what becomes visible. During the Inner Vision workshop of approximately 1.5-2 hours you become aware of what emotions want to show you. Each month there is one emotion that we focus on in more detail. I will announce which emotion that is at the start of the workshop. During this interactive workshop we will get creative. You will receive a blank workbook that you can complete as desired through small exercises and assignments. At the end of the workshop it will become clear to you what this emotion wants to tell you. Everything that happens during this workshop, within yourself and in the group, can take place in the safe environment that we create together. - Max. 4 people - incl. materials, handout, drinks and something tasty
